Viber Use or Abuse?

In terms of communication in school among parents and teachers, I should say that Viber is a blessing. The fact that it facilitates fast and free communication makes me say so. I just hope that people are using it for the purpose that it is made for. Sometimes, I feel like its use is being abused by some. For example, parents’ Viber groups sometimes become a venue for parents to demean a teacher. Some parents use this to create factions among parents. Some teachers also are guilty, I guess of abusing its use like those (“some”) who are a part of the parents’ viber group and are nearly making it as the official channel of communication. They sometimes announce homeworks through this while knowing that not all parents has access to viber. In effect, the child(whose parents are not part of the group) is marked with “No Home work” remark in the N1 which is totally unfair. One teacher announced through the viber group at 9:30 in the morning that the kids hves to bring certain colors of crayons knowing that the kids are already in school by that time.
