Zobel Teachers and their Character

For the past few days, there have been announcements of new admin appointees which brought everybody to have these mixed emotions. It is just but natural and acceptable for each one of us to express how we feel about each of these new part of the admin, negative or positive. On my part I just hope that the administration will be strengthened more on the areas of character development particularly in having a sense of accountability, a sense of owning , being more visible especially to those who are in need of assistance, displaying behavior which is becoming of an administrator like maintaining grace under pressure. Zobel teachers are, I guess, very knowledgeable in terms of having the capacity to learn new and even the freshest ideas when it comes to instruction but this is nothing without a character built on a solid base.
